The heartbreak and horror of today in our beautiful hometown is beyond comprehension. Our hearts are heavy and sad. Andy and Mason attend a nearby school and we are so very thankful that they are home safe tonight.
I still find it so hard to believe. At Mass last night, more crowded than usual, I saw mothers and fathers hugging their children just a little tighter. Thank goodness that your grandkids are safe.

ReplyDeleteMy granddaughter attends preschool just around the corner from Sandy Hook Elementary. This is just too horrible for words. Glad your grands are safe.
